TASTING NOTE

Dark red with ruby highlights and black core. Clean and bright. Very colorful tears. The aroma is concentrated and spicy. The bell peppers, oak, dark chocolate and the sweet taste of cassis stand out. Clean and persistent. A characteristic Cabernet Sauvignon from Cafayate. The flavor is Mature tannins of great power and with a chalky sensation. Balanced, with notes of black fruit and chocolate. Wine with an oak flavor. Long and elegant persistence.
