Almadi Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

TASTING NOTE
Intense red color with a fragrant bouquet of floral and violet notes. The beautiful aromas convey sensations of fullness and complexity with a note of ripe berries that gives way to chocolate and nuances of dark earthy tones. It is harmoniously rich in structure but bold in the finish.

Service temperature: 18-20-ºC

Decanting: Recommended for at least 1 hour before serving.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with hearty meat dishes, such as grilled or roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is also a great match for rich, flavorful pasta dishes, stews, and braises.

Grape: Corvina 60%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 5%, and Negrara 5%
Country: Italy
Aging:  Aged in 225-liter oak barrels for 15 months. Then, the wine is transferred to large oak vats and aged for an additional two years.
Seal:  Cork type

Produced from terraced vineyards on south-facing slopes in the Valpolicella area to the north and east of Verona. The vines are trained using the traditional pergola veronese system.​ Almadi Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG Classico is a full-bodied, dry red wine made from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, including Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, and Negrara. These grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested from the Classico zone in the Valpolicella region of Veneto, Italy.
