This authentic brown sugar umeshu is made using only Kishu Nanko ume, brown sugar, cane spirit, and Jamaican black rum – resulting in an exquisite rich aroma and deep richness taste.
Tasting Notes
Brown sugar plum flavor, sweet and moist. Sweet and mellow, when you drink it, the rich taste of brown sugar and refreshing plum flavor comes to your face, and sure enough, there is a thick caramel smell mixed with the refreshing plum Yu. Using fresh plums bathed in the sun, the plums produced are sweet and watery, and fresh plums are directly picked and added with brown sugar, and directly brewed, giving it a crisp and refreshing sweet and sour taste of plums.
Ways to enjoy:
Great dessert liqueur after a meal. You can enjoy it also on-the-rocks, soda, cocktail, milk, or our favorite – vanilla ice cream!
