TASTING NOTE
A clear, brilliant, ruby color. A typical claret nose of red and blackberry fruits coupled with a note of spices. On the palate more of the same with ripe silky tannins and a good fresh finish.

Service Temperature: 16-18°C

Decanting: Ready to drink.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with terrines, mountain meats, Bordeaux steak, confit, mushrooms, and aged cheeses.
