The Tamblyn is a seamless blend showing a complex flavor profile with a soft tannin finish that expresses the individual characteristics of the 4 classic varietals used.
The Cabernet Sauvignon provides the framework, Shiraz adds berry fruit weight, Malbec adds a perfumed lift and intense color and the Merlot rounds out the palate.
The 4 outstanding red grape varieties have been blended to provide us with a generous and well-balanced wine.
Service Temperature: 16-18°C
Decanting: Not required for wine decanting.

Matches well with Charcuterie, pizza, pasta, cheese especially with family and friends.
