Brockenchack Miss Bronte Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTE
Jack Harrison Shiraz is the first indication of something special… inky black depths with bright purple edges. The nose is a concentrated combination of darker cherry fruit, French oak spice, and the characteristic cassis/star anise top notes. The palate is a massive mouthful of chewy black juicy fruit, wrapped around a weighty oak core, with an extended length that promises to develop into something of significant power and elegance. Impressive!

Brockenchack was born from a passion for wine, and a deep love for the Barossa and all it has to offer. This special place is named after our 4 grandchildren – Bronte, Mackenzie, Charli, and Jack – who are the life and soul of this little family wine venture.

Years ago, there seemed to be plenty of Cabernet vines growing in Eden Valley, yet few remain today. We enjoy Cabernet as much as you do, feeling the need to uphold the local folklore of this noble variety. Our Miss Bronte is named after our eldest granddaughter Bronte and was created to be enjoyed on any day with a “y” in it.
