Celsus Bodegas Vetus

TASTING NOTE

Deep, dark garnet red with dark legs. Strawberries, blackcurrants, and cherries to prunes, chocolate, and tobacco. In the mouth, we find a well-structured and perfectly balanced wine with an exquisite aftertaste, ripen tannins, and a good acidity rate.

Decanting: Recommended for at least 30 minutes

Service temperature: 16 – 18 ºC

Food Pairing:
Perfectly with grilled or roasted red meat, game, and aged cheeses.

In a small anti-filoxera centenary vineyard is born CELSUS. Along with the low yield of the vineyard, the grape can’t be used to elaborate Celsus unless the vintage attains the maxim high quality, so that the quality of the wine can be assured.
