The color is very deep. The mouth is very aromatic with cherries, black fruit, and licorice notes.
The middle is dense, the tannins are silky. The wine is long and concentrated

Decanting: Recommended to at least 30 minutes for decanting.

Ideally matches all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes.
