Uses 100% Nanko ume from Kishu. By using highly ripe ume fruits and brandy-prepared umeshu, it has a rich taste but not too sweet. 20% off calories compared to other Kishu umeshu and lower alcohol content.

Tasting Notes
The sweet peach-like aroma is combined with the refreshing plum sourness, and the super-rich plum wine taste forms a rich and mellow plum aroma. Sweet and sour, delicious plum taste, dripping mellow, all in it, new wine and new enjoyment. Brewed using traditional techniques, fresh plums are brewed in a complete seal. Isolates all light, temperature, and air, and absorbs the plum flavor well.
