TASTING NOTE
Cockburn’s Fine Ruby Port has a deep ruby color and aromas of red fruits such as cherries and plums, with hints of spice and chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fruity, with a smooth and well-balanced finish. The tannins are present but well integrated, giving it a good structure and allowing it to age gracefully.
FOOD PAIRING:
Perfect as an after-dinner drink, served slightly chilled, and pairs well with cheese, nuts, and chocolate desserts.
