TASTING NOTE
It has a deep ruby red color and aromas of dark fruit, such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as hints of vanilla and spices.
On the palate, Coppi Pellirosso Negroamaro is full-bodied and well-structured, with a good balance of acidity and tannins. It has flavors of black fruit, licorice, and cocoa, with a long and persistent finish.

Service temperature: 16-18ºC

Decanting: Recommended for at least 1 hour.

Food Pairing:
It pairs well with grilled meats, roasted lamb, spicy pasta dishes, and aged cheeses. It is also a great wine to enjoy on its own as an after-dinner drink.
