Dassai Shochu 獺祭 烧酎 720ML

Dassai Shochu is made by distilling Dassai sake lees, fresh of the day.

Because of the way it is made, we can’t produce as much as we would like, but it allows us to keep the clean aromas of Dassai in the shochu.

The alcohol content is set at 39% because we believe it brings out the aromas better this way.

Tasting Notes

The shochu brewed with the lees of Junmai Daiginjo can enjoy the
clear umami with the sweet aroma of the Dassai. Although it has a
high alcohol content of 39%, it is a rice shochu with a strong taste
and good taste without any habit.
