The first impression is of fresh and ripe fruits, such as white peach, apricot, and pear, followed by hints of exotic spices, such as ginger and cardamom. As the champagne opens up, it reveals more subtle notes of toasted bread, hazelnut, caramel, and honey.

On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with a creamy texture and a fine mousse. The flavors are consistent with the nose, with a prominent presence of citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and lemon, and a hint of minerality. The wine has a long and elegant finish, with a touch of salinity that leaves a refreshing sensation on the palate.

Food Pairing:
Perfectly with classic appetizers (Seafood risotto or pasta, salty olives, french fries, and salads).
For meat wise go for turkey, chicken with sesame, and veal for example.
For seafood, it is very recommended to oyster, caviar, scallops, lobster, sashimi, and fish tartare.
For cheese lovers, should try it with cream cheese like Camembert and Brie to name some.
And, it goes well with dessert too like macaroons, chocolate, Paris-Brest, and Saint-Honoré for example.
