TASTING NOTE
The wine has a deep ruby color with purple hues at the rim. It has medium to high viscosity and leaves thin legs on the glass.

The wine’s aroma is intense and complex, with a mixture of fruit, spice, and oak notes. There are aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and cherry, as well as hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and cedar. The oak influence is also noticeable, with notes of toast and smoke.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with a firm tannic backbone. The fruit flavors of blackcurrant, blackberry, and cherry are dominant, and there are also flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, and sweet spice, such as vanilla and cinnamon. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a good balance and texture to the wine. The acidity is moderate, providing a good freshness to the wine.

The finish is long and persistent, with the fruit and oak flavors lingering on the palate. There is a slight hint of bitterness and astringency, which adds a pleasant dryness to the finish.
