TASTING NOTE
Ruby red is rich in shades tending to garnet. The aromatic persistence is engaging. From the surprising delicacy of the bouquet, you can recognize oriental spices such as cumin, cardamom, and pepper. Warm on the palate, exceptional balance and softness, and long aromatic persistence.

Service temperature: 16-18ºC

Decanting: Recommended for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Food Pairing:
It is exalted on meat, which can be grilled or roasted, and is splendid with game and farm animals. The pleasant combination is also with some chocolate-based desserts, which go well with the intense aroma of the wine.
