Handpicked Regional Selections Cabernet Merlot

TASTING NOTE
Cabernet Merlot is a classic blend of two great varieties. A classic blend of two grapes that do especially well in Margaret River: the dark fruit, depth, and drive of Cabernet Sauvignon softened by the bright flavors and rounded tannin of Merlot. The power and tannin from Cabernet Sauvignon overlaid with juicy red fruit characters from Merlot. This wine delivers both complexity and drinkability in one harmonious blend.

Pairs well with Roast beef slow-roasted lamb aged Cheddar cheese.
