Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTE
Deep garnet in color with classic cabernet aromas of mint, violets, savory dry herbs, blackcurrant, and hints of smoky oak. The palate is fresh and bright, with red berries and plums, and a fine acid structure. While the juicy freshness makes this an enjoyable wine to drink young, its good balance between fruit weight, tannin, and oak suggests the wine will age gracefully.

Decanting: Recommended for at least 1 hour for decanting.

Service temperature: 16 – 18 ºC

Food Pairing:
Pairs excellent with Saltbush spit-roasted lamb, with wild rosemary gravy. Along with thyme-infused potato and leek soup served with spinach and fetta borëk.
