Joseph Cartron’s Blue Curacao is made from the essential oils of the sweet orange Para variety from Brazil and Florida, all selected from the best fruit farms. Only the core of the peel is kept in the processing of these essential oils, the bitter white skins are meticulously discarded.

The spirit of orange obtained from these essential oils is blended with a touch of rose absolute. It is the exclusive character of this recipe which restores all the light and sour flavor of the fruit as well as the discreetness and softness of the rose. The depth of the color will bring richness and intensity to the best of cocktails.

TASTING NOTES
Color:
The ocean-blue robe is very brilliant and very limpid. Rim with slightly green reflections. Hardy any legacy. Viscosity is quite strong on the sides of the glass.

Aroma:
The aroma is fresh with flowery notes as well as a certain softness.

Palate:
The palate is syrupy with a round and oily texture laced with minty hints. Spicy and rose flower notes. Retro-olfaction brings flavors of orange rind. The finale is fresh.
