Joseph Cartron’s Blue Curacao is made from the essential oils of the sweet orange Para variety from Brazil and Florida, all selected from the best fruit farms. Only the core of the peel is kept in the processing of these essential oils, the bitter white skins are meticulously discarded.

The spirit of orange obtained from these essential oils is blended with a touch of rose absolute. It is the exclusive character of this recipe that restores all the light and sour flavors of the fruit as well as the discreetness and softness of the rose. The depth of the color will bring richness and intensity to the best of cocktails.
