TASTING NOTE
Bright, golden as a sunset facing the Mediterranean. Of tiny and tireless bubbles. It gives off aromas of ripe white fruits such as apple or ercolina pear, accompanied by citrus notes and touches of toasted bread. In the mouth it enters with lordship and volume, it is wide and of pleasant freshness, with a bubble that adds delight to the whole. It is long, it says goodbye with a fruity finish of perfect maturity.

Perfect with acorn-fed Iberian ham, but also an excellent counterpoint to a vichysoisse with toasted almonds, a suckling pig with applesauce, and a camembert cake with walnuts.
