TASTING NOTE
Rich and full-bodied red wine that is deep ruby in color. It has a complex aroma with intense dark fruit notes of black cherry, plum, and blackberry, complemented by subtle hints of spice, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety with well-integrated tannins and a long, satisfying finish.

Service temperature: 16-18ºC

Food Pairing:
It is an excellent match for red meats, such as beef or lamb, as well as hearty stews and casseroles.
It also pairs well with pasta dishes that feature tomato-based sauces or grilled vegetables.
For cheese pairing, it pairs well with mild or creamy cheeses.
