TASTING NOTE
Pale lemon, with green highlights. It has a complex nose of citrus and white fruits. On the palate, it’s a vivacious and fresh wine, with ample fruit flavors. The finish is light and full of fresh fruit.

Pairs well with cheese on toast or grilled shrimp, and salmon.

WHITE WINE

Closerie des Lys was born in the South of France, in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains close to the town of Carcassonne.

‘Soils are clay and limestone situated at altitudes from 300 and 500 windswept meters above sea level. The climate is Mediterranean with nocturnal freshness due to the Pyrenées Mountains.

ABV: 13% VOL.
Grape: 34% Chardonnay, 33% Sauvignon Blanc and 33% Vermentino

Aging: Aging in stainless steel tanks.
