Le Fronde Moscato D’Asti DOCG

TASTING NOTE

It has a straw yellow color. The nose has hints of locust flowers, sage and honey. On the palate it is sweet, balanced with notes of honey that refer to the scents perceived on the nose.

It is a perfect wine to drink between meals or with fine and delicate desserts.

Moscato d’Asti “Le Fronde” di Fontanafredda comes from 100% white Moscato grapes harvested between the municipalities of Serra D’Alba and Santo Stefano Belbo, in the heart of the DOCG area.

The grapes harvested by hand, are pressed and transferred to a steel autoclave where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is filtered, clarified and placed in steel vats where it ages for about 2 months before bottling.
