Mancura Guardian Reserva Carmenere

TASTING NOTE
Purple-red with violet shades. The aroma of fruits such as blackberries and cherries, with notes of fresh herbs. On the flavor, it’s very soft, spicy, and fruity of the medium body, it offers flavors of red and black berries, such as raspberries and blueberries.

Service temperature: 16-18ºC

Decanting: Recommended for at least 30 minutes.

Food Pairing:
Highly recommended with cheeses, pasta, white meats, oily fish, and charcuterie.

Aging: 25% of the wine was aged for 6 months in previously used French oak barrels.

Mancura is a tribute to the mythical Condor of the Andes. A bird of the New World, recognized as the largest on the planet, with an imposing flight and a very long life span, it is the symbol of the pre-Columbian cultures, guarding the earth against the Andean skies.
