TASTING NOTE
Deep red color. The bouquet gives notes of berries with a main aroma of cherries. The palate is soft and round with velvety tannins well-balanced with a long persistent finish.
Decanting: Recommended for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Service temperature: 16-18 ºC
Food Pairing:
Great wine for roasted or grilled meats. Excellent also with hearty pasta dishes such as ragu or lasagna. Aged cheeses like Pecorino or Parmigiano-Reggiano
