Palazzo Maffei Valpolicella Ripasso D.O.C Superiore is dry and velvety on the palate, it is pleasant. The second fermentation in January, on Amarone skins, gives it more structure and aromas of ripe fruit and delicate spices, as well as body and balance on the palate.
