TASTING NOTE
A complex and elegant wine with a deep ruby color. On the nose, the Rupert & Rothschild Classique offers aromas of dark fruit such as blackberry and black cherry, along with subtle notes of vanilla, cedar, and tobacco. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with well-structured tannins and a long, smooth finish. Flavors of blackcurrant and blackberry are prominent, followed by hints of spice and chocolate.

Food Pairing:
It pairs well with red meat dishes such as steak, roast beef, and lamb, as well as with game meats such as venison and wild boar.
It also pairs well with hard cheeses such as aged cheddar and Parmesan.
