Tasting Notes
SAITO JUNMAI is rich and dry Junmai sake, made in Kyoto, with a fruity aroma such as green apple. This medium-bodied sake has a long dry tail with a bit of an acidic finish. It can be matched with strong-taste dishes.
Recommended serving temperatures are 5-10ºC for chilled, and 35-40ºC for body temperature.
Perfectly food paired with meat sauce, Hamburg, and fried pork cutlet.
