San Marzano IL Pumo Primitivo IGP Salento

TASTING NOTE
Deep ruby red with violet reflections; intense fruity bouquet with notes of plum and cherry, hints of Mediterranean herbs, slightly spicy. A full-bodied wine, soft and balanced, and easy to drink.

Service temperature: 16-18ºC

Decanting: Recommended for at least 30 minutes.

Food Pairing:
It pairs well with red meats, such as beef, lamb, and venison, as well as spicy dishes, pizza, and pasta with tomato-based sauces.
