Siderit Classic Botanicals Gin

Among its botanicals is Syderitis Hissopifolia or rock tea, an endemic plant of the Picos de Europa that gives the name of Gin and makes a unique and unparalleled product. Gin Siderit, is a Dry Gin made in Cantabria, distilled from rye alcohol.

It is distilled from the maceration of twelve botanicals and two distillations in a fractional distillation column with reflux, in complete equipment made of glass that eliminates flavors and odors. Each distillation in this equipment is equivalent to five distillations in a traditional still. Other botanicals are the Jamaican flower that gives us the floral aroma and freshness in the aftertaste. The tangerine rind and pink pepper give a touch of sweetness on the palate. Angelica root, cardamom, and cinnamon provide a set of mouthfeels. The root of lily also called Germanic orris, unites all aromas and flavors. Bitter orange peel to counteract the excess sweetness of tangerine and pink pepper. Finally, the almond provides the smoothness of the distillate.
