Siderit Hibiscus Botanicals Gin

The hibiscus or Jamaican flower has been used since time immemorial to make a drink with multiple medicinal properties in places as distant as Asia, Africa or the Caribbean.

Gin Siderit Hibiscus, is a Floral Gin made in Cantabria, northern Spain, distilled from rye alcohol. Its main characteristic is the floral character fruit of a double maceration and a triple distillation in a column of fractional distillation with reflux, in complete equipment made of glass that eliminates unwanted flavors and odors. Each distillation in this equipment is equivalent to five distillations in a traditional still.

The first maceration is made with twelve perfectly selected botanicals and then two distillations are carried out, obtaining the mother gin. The second maceration is carried out with hibiscus flower and finally, a third distillation is carried out in an elaboration process that lasts approximately three and a half months.

From the best raw materials, using the spring water of the weakest mineralization of the Iberian Peninsula, from Ortigosa del Monte, the best qualities of botanicals and rye alcohol, we are proud to offer our customers a Hibiscus Floral Gin suitable for the most select palates.
