Siderit Gingerlime Botanicals Gin

Siderit Gingerlime is a London Citrus Gin, handmade in the Siderit microdistillery, located in the beautiful lands of northern Spain. Lime and Gingerson originate in Asia and represent the philosophy of Yin and Yang, the opposing and complementary forces of nature that combined reach the perfect balance.

Gin Siderit Gingerlime is a DryGin made in Cantabria, distilled from rye alcohol. Its main characteristic is the citrus character fruit of a double maceration and a triple distillation in a fractional distillation column with reflux, in a complete equipment made of glass that eliminates flavors and odors. Each distillation in these self-designed equipment is equivalent to five distillations of a traditional still.

The first maceration is made with twelve perfectly selected botanicals and then two distillations are carried out, obtaining the mother gin. The second maceration is carried out with ginger, lime and cardamom and finally a third distillation is carried out in an elaboration process that lasts approximately seven months.
