TASTING NOTE
Deep red in color with a purple hue, this Shiraz combines spicy dark berries, mocha, and plums with a hint of nutty oak, producing a wine with richness, complexity, and a persistent finish.

Great with chargrilled red meats and veggies, and is perfect for homemade burgers, racks of ribs, chops, steaks, and sausages of all descriptions.
Roasted Mediterranean vegetables, lentil bakes, and bean stews will satisfy vegetarians, and it’s also very good with miso-slicked eggplants and family favorites like shepherd’s pie.
