Kaesler Stonehorse Shiraz

TASTING NOTE

Inky bright crimson with a dark center and a youthful edge. Vibrant fruits of the forest and hints of cassis & spice. Supple, elegant mouth feel. Dark fruits such as blackberry and blueberry with lighter red fruits such as red currant. Some spicy notes and oak mingle on the palate. Full-bodies.

Decanting: Recommended for at least 1 – 2 hours for decanting.

Service temperature: 16 – 18 ºC

Food Pairing:
Great wine for roasted and grilled meats, barbeque dishes, spicy cuisine, hard and aged cheeses, and dark chocolate desserts.
