Ventisquero Reserva Carmenere

TASTING NOTE
Deep cherry red with an attractive aroma of fresh black and red fruit. Its spicy notes intermingle with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Its structured body and big, velvety tannins give it great volume.

Service temperature: 16-18ºC

Perfect with soft cheese, pasta and spicy dishes and meat.

Aging: 70% of this wine was aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, and then remained in the bottle for 3 months.
