Ventisquero Reserva Pinot Noir

TASTING NOTE
Ruby with violet hues. Upfront aromas of fresh red fruit and soft spicy notes with hints of vanilla from the oak aging. Delicate body, good acidity, smooth tannins, and nicely persistent.

Service temperature: 14-15ºC

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with oily fish, pasta dishes, and white meat.

Aging: 20% of this wine was left to rest for 10 months in French oak and the remaining 80% was kept in stainless steel tanks as a fruity component.
