Wakefield Estate Riesling

TASTING NOTE
Pale straw is yellow in color with subtle green highlights along the edges. On the nose, it displays lifted fresh and vibrant aromas of kaffir lime and lemon, followed by layers of subtle blossoms and florals. On the palate, it displays intense citrus fruit characters of fresh lemon and lime along with hints of orange blossom. On the finishing, it’s crisp and resonates with citrus fruit – hallmarks of a great Clare Valley Riesling.

Service temperature: 10 – 12ºC

Food Pairing:
This wine is excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with salad, seafood, ceviche, and fish.
