TASTING NOTE

The generous palate is packed full of forest fruits, cassis, and chocolate characters. The wine exhibits vibrant, characteristic aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blueberries, and dark plums meshed with hints of spicy, toasty oak.

Service Temperature: 16 – 18°C

Decanting: Recommended for at least 1 hour.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with red meat dishes, such as beef, lamb, and venison, as well as with strong, hard cheeses.
