Undurraga Altazor

TASTING NOTE
A deep plum color with violet tints. Intense aromas suggest black fruits, berries, and cedar. This high-end wine is characterized by its great expression and character. In the mouth, it is full of elegance and great balance, with a good body, ample volume, and tannins that I wanted to feel soft and long. This wine is the expression of my listening to the earth.

Altazor, the Parachute Journey, is the masterpiece of Chilean poet Vicente Huidobro. Written in the midst of the European avant-garde movement in 1931, Altazor breaks away from the classical language schemes, pushing its expressive limits and reflecting Huidobro’s disruptive, creationist, and innovative vision. Altazor, our wine, is a tribute to this vision and passion.
